About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support in building and executing our people function. You will play a critical role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, compliance, and general HR administration as we scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and is excited about growing their HR career from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Professional experience (2-4 years) in a similar HR or People Operations role in Texas, preferably within a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements
  • A hands-on mentality, comfort with ambiguity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Preferably based in Austin or surroundings.

Nice To Haves

  • Completed degree or relevant studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
  • Knowledge of US labor law and regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and manage ATS updates, maintain and improve candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Provide employees with essential employment documents including offer letters, amendments, confirmations, and employment verifications
  • Maintain organized digital records of employee files and key HR documents
  • Support monthly payroll data preparation and coordinate with finance
  • Help administer employee benefits, leaves, and reimbursements
  • Keep internal records and HRIS systems updated with accurate employee data
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
  • Assist in running employee engagement surveys and internal feedback loops
  • Support performance tracking and review cycle coordination
  • Assist in updating employee handbooks, onboarding guides, and policy rollouts
