About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist / Recruiting Assistant to join our growing team in Aventura, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both recruiting and human resources and is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or administrative support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
• Post and manage job openings across multiple hiring platforms.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain employee files and ensure HR records are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding paperwork.
• Support employee relations and respond to general HR inquiries.
• Help monitor employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with benefits administration and leave tracking.
• Prepare employment verification letters and other HR documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
