About The Position

Our people build what wins races. You'll help find them. At RWB, our brands make performance parts that riders and racers trust on the track and the trail. Behind every piston, clutch, and exhaust is a team of machinists, engineers, assemblers, and pros who take pride in getting it right. We're looking for an HR Generalist/Recruiter who wants to be part of that team and help it grow. This role is for someone who already has solid HR and recruiting experience and wants a place to use it every day, and to keep learning. You won't be stuck doing one piece of HR. You'll work across the whole employee lifecycle, split your time between our Mentor and Berea sites, and get to know the people on the shop floor and in the office.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR generalist and/or recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Experience hiring for hourly and salaried roles
• Working knowledge of HR practices and employment law
• Comfort with an HRIS/ATS and Microsoft Office
• Strong people skills: you can build trust on the shop floor and in the front office
• Organized, dependable, and able to juggle priorities across two locations
• Curiosity and drive to keep growing (SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus, or something you're working toward)
• Real impact: your hires show up in products that win races

Responsibilities

• Recruit great talent. Manage the full hiring process for production, skilled trades, and professional roles: write job postings, source candidates, screen, schedule interviews, and help hiring managers choose well.
• Make a strong first impression. Assist with onboarding so new hires feel welcome and ready from Day 1.
• Be a go-to HR partner. Answer employee questions, support managers, and help with employee relations when issues come up.
• Keep things running smoothly. Maintain HR records, support benefits and leave administration, and help keep us compliant.
• Help build the culture. Pitch in on engagement, retention, and events that make RWB a great place to work.
