Raleigh Dream Center (RDC) is a Christian nonprofit that exists to bring hope and restoration through the message of the Gospel for the people in our community. Since 2014, we have been committed to meeting people at their point of need through outreach and residential programs that address food insecurity, homelessness, addiction recovery, and more. We are looking for someone who shares that heart and brings excellence to help us steward our resources well to continue reaching more and restoring more. The HR & Finance Coordinator is a key operational role responsible for the day-to-day functions of RDC's human resources and finance department. This position ensures RDC remains legally compliant across all HR and financial obligations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, trust-worthy with confidential information and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.
