About The Position

Moog’s Corporate Group is looking for an HR Employee Support Specialist to join them! As an HR Employee Support Specialist, you will take the lead in managing our Workday Help Knowledgebase and Case Management system, driving platform enhancements, and collaborating with Centers of Excellence to establish global support structures. Your role will focus on delivering outstanding employee support processes within the Workday platform, optimizing processes through innovative templates, and ensuring seamless Workday integration. You will have a hybrid work schedule at our East Aurora facility.

Requirements

  • Typically, a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field. A combination of education and experience, or equivalent professional experience, may also be considered.
  • Experience required supporting employee-facing HR processes, HR Operations, or Shared Services, as well as experience in knowledge management, case management, and/or HR technology platforms; over one year preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to analyze data effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and developing recommendations to improve employee experience and service delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and delivering “WOW” experiences.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and build effective partnerships across HR functions and business groups.
  • Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Workday People Experience (PEX) Lead, owning and enhancing the Workday Help Knowledgebase and Case Management platform.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations teams to develop and maintain knowledge content, employee journeys, communications, and support resources.
  • Ensure employee-facing content remains accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • Analyze employee support trends, article effectiveness, search behavior, and survey metrics to identify opportunities for improved self-service and Tier 0 resolution.
  • Support U.S. HR employee inquiries, Workday transactions, and walk-in support.
  • Partner with global HR teams to establish scalable support structures, promote Workday Help adoption, and provide guidance on case management best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation opportunities to improve content quality, consistency, and operational effectiveness.
  • Host New Employee Orientation sessions for the U.S. employee population and support broader HR Operations initiatives and projects as assigned.
