About The Position

The HR Employee Services Analyst provides advanced support for employee and manager inquiries while driving operational excellence within the HR Employee Services function. This role serves as a subject matter expert for HR programs, policies, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, leave administration and HR systems. Translates policy updates and legislative requirements into standardized business processes, procedures, and employee service workflows. The Analyst is responsible for resolving complex cases, analyzing service trends, supporting some HR technology solutions and identifying opportunities to improve processes and employee experience. This position partners closely with HR Employee Services Center Ops team, Payroll, Time, Benefits, Talent, HRMS and business leaders to ensure consistent, accurate and timely service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years’ experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, Payroll, Benefits or related HR functions.
  • 2+ years’ experience with UKG Pro platform (Core, HR Help)
  • Experience supporting employees and managers in a high-volume service environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with HR systems and case management applications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and CoPilot
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze and resolve complex HR-related employee and manager inquiries and transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies, processes and system functionality.
  • Ensure inquiries are resolved accurately, professionally and within established service level expectations.
  • Build positive relationships with employees, managers and cross-team members through exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain HR case management documentation and communication with employees and all stakeholders.
  • Train and audit new employees on complex employee lifecycle transactions, including: New hires, Job changes, Transfers, Promotions, Leave of absence transactions, Terminations, Personal data changes.
  • Review and validate HR data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits and HR teams to ensure seamless employee support.
  • Maintain accurate data management and provide expertise in HR systems, workflows and employee self-service functionality.
  • Support HRIS activities including testing, troubleshooting, reporting and data validation.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements and implementation projects.
  • Monitor data integrity and identify opportunities to improve data quality.
  • Analyze case trends and recurring issues to identify root causes.
  • Recommend and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce service delays.
  • Create, maintain, and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, standard operating procedures and job aids.
  • Ensure content remains accurate and aligned with current processes and policies.
  • Analyze service center metrics, case volumes and customer feedback.
  • Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve service quality and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and company requirements.
  • Conduct audits of transactions, processes, and case resolutions.
  • Support internal and external audit activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Participate in HR transformation, technology, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with process mapping and workflow design.
  • Support change management and training activities associated with new programs or systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize and streamline Employee Services processes.
