This role within the Employee Resource Center provides first point of contact support to employees, leaders, and HR peer groups on HR related issues, programs, policies, and processes. Provides the highest level of customer service through interaction with employees, leaders, and HR peer groups through telephone, electronic, and case management systems (phone calls, case management, chatbot).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Strong employee-facing customer service skills
  • Knowledge of human resources policies and programs
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex policies in simple terms
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workloads
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Cross-functional collaboration (payroll, benefits, legal, HRBPs)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced shared services environment

Nice To Haves

  • HR case management experience (e.g., handling employee inquiries via ticketing systems)
  • Experience with ServiceNow and/or SuccessFactors
  • Experience with military leave management, including supporting military-affiliated employees and interpreting military orders/documentation
  • Familiarity with USERRA compliance
  • GI Bill program knowledge
  • Vendor coordination (especially with DoD/VA-related programs)
