About The Position

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced HR & Employee Experience Coordinator to help foster a positive, engaging, and productive workplace. This role is responsible for supporting employees throughout the employment lifecycle while partnering with leadership to strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, highly organized, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English required
  • Previous Human Resources experience required
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations and HR inquiries
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee offboarding processes
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring activities
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs
  • Assist with benefits administration and HR documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Partner with managers to address employee concerns and performance matters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Assist with additional HR projects and operational initiatives as needed
