The HR & EHS Business Partner is responsible for leading both the Human Resources and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) functions for the facility. This role partners closely with plant leadership to drive a culture of safety, engagement, accountability, and operational excellence. The position ensures compliance with all employment and safety regulations while supporting employee relations, talent processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is critical in creating a safe, productive, and positive work environment for all employees.
