About The Position

Happy Trailers is seeking to hire a Human Resources (HR) Director. This role leads in the following areas: Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from Onboarding to Offboarding and everything in between. Talent Acquisition and Retention, Recruitment, Job listings and interviews as needed, Performance management, Compliance & Policy, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Company Culture. The HR Director will be a Culture Champion that leads by example and embodies the Core Values, and will plan and participate in employee events and outings.

Requirements

  • Ensure company-wide compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Reviews and updates Company Policies and Handbook
  • Manage disputes, disciplinary actions, and performance management systems.
  • Run payroll and steward compensation packages
  • Fully understands all benefits provided by the company and can explain them in detail to employees
  • Researches, compares, and negotiates HR/employee benefits plans with insurance providers and vendors
  • Culture Champion that leads by example and embodies the Core Values
  • Plan and participate in employee events and outings
