As the HR Director, you will be responsible for assisting in executing the HR strategy for various business lines of R1 RCM. Reporting to the SVP, Human Resources, you will work with senior leadership members of the business to implement strategies that attract, develop, and engage talented individuals in the healthcare industry. This position will also champion the partnership with the business to bring R1’s culture and belonging agenda to life. As the HR Director, you will be an integral member of the business leadership team and will develop business-focused HR strategy that attracts, develops, motivates, and retains R1's most important asset -- its people. To thrive in this role, you must have demonstrated exemplary business partnership and execution in your current and previous roles and you must also have experience assessing procedures, formulating policies, and developing and implementing new strategies and large-scale initiatives.
