As the HR Director, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other People Leaders to optimize the talent management, identifying and growing top talent, recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and other people programs to achieve its long-term vision for creating an engaged, collaborative and high-performance culture. Reporting to the President, we are looking for someone who can come in as a player-coach business partner to align strategies with executional goals, motivate high teams, and enable them to meet and exceed targets. We're looking for someone who's up to the challenge to make an immediate impact to help drive and influence organizational change.
