We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Director with 15+ years of HR experience to help with a growing business in the US. This role partners with senior leaders across design, engineering, project management, and construction operations to translate business strategy into people strategy, drive workforce planning for complex project-based environments, and deliver pragmatic, compliance minded HR solutions that improve performance, retention and culture.
