The HR Director will oversee various HR programs including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and health and safety. A key responsibility includes consulting on and managing the HR Shared Business Services division, providing HR solutions to external organizations. The role also involves analyzing HR data from systems like ADP, ensuring compliance with employment laws, staying updated on HR trends, and managing the departmental budget. Additionally, the HR Director will support the Executive Compensation Committee of the Board.
