This is a comprehensive, full-function HR leadership role. Reporting directly to the Group HR VP, you will act as a strategic business partner to the US site leadership. While your immediate priority will be spearheading aggressive Talent Acquisition to build our core scientific and clinical teams, you will simultaneously design and implement the full spectrum of HR frameworks—from Total Rewards and Performance Management to Organizational Development and Compliance.
