The HR Digital Solutions Analyst supports the daily administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of SES Space & Defense's Human Resources Information Systems, with primary responsibility for ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors. This role combines hands-on HRIS administration with project-based work focused on modernizing HR processes through automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. Partnering closely with the HR team, Organizational Transformation Office, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will help improve the employee experience by streamlining workflows, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring the integrity of critical HR data. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to balance day-to-day operational support with longer-term technology initiatives.
