In this role, you’ll be the day-to-day steward of our HR platforms including our HRIS (Dayforce), SharePoint-based intranet, and AI-powered employee-facing assistant, ensuring they are intuitive, accurate, secure, and easy to use. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on usability, adoption, and content clarity, rather than deep technical system engineering. You’ll be valued member of the HR team while also working closely with IT and external vendors to improve self-service experiences, enable data-driven insights, and ensure employees can confidently find what they need, when they need it.
