About The Position

The Digital Program Specialist is the operational engine behind our content syndication and partner production efforts. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution, creation of detailed creative briefs, and coordination between client stakeholders and our internal agency team. The Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, organizing, and vetting creative assets to ensure the design team has the breadth and depth of inputs needed to produce high-performing partner content.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in project management and client relations.
  • A solid foundation in digital platforms and strategies.
  • Capable of initiating projects from scratch and seeing them through to full execution.
  • To be an independent operator who builds bridges and drives teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Draft Clear and Actionable Briefs. Translate brand inputs and seasonal requirements into clear, comprehensive creative briefs for agency partner to execute against.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Syndication. Be the main point of contact for the asset production workflows across syndication platforms, including Syndigo and Firework, ensuring all deliverables meet brief specs and deadlines.
  • Facilitate Review and Approval Loops. Coordinate deliverable handoffs between agency team and MPU leads, tracking feedback and securing timely sign-offs.
  • Source and Curate Creative Assets. Proactively search, identify, and gather diverse asset options (VCs, imagery, copy elements, video clips, brand guidelines) to provide rich creative breadth for agency team.
  • Manage Asset Repository. Catalog and organize assets within internal asset management systems, ensuring all creative files are accessible, rights-cleared, and up-to-date.
  • Evaluate Asset Quality. Review incoming assets against brand standards and creative specification prior to brief handoff to prevent production delays. Create content gap analysis to ensure feedback is engrained into future planning.
  • Track Timelines and Deliverables. Maintain project trackers and status documents within Airtable to monitor the daily flow of information and deliverables between Nike, Program Lead, and Agency team.
  • Flag Operational Bottlenecks. Identify early warning signs of workflow delays or missing inputs and escalate them to the Program Lead with proposed tactical fixes.
  • Support Seasonal Rollouts. Assist in executing the step-by-step launch tasks for the Seasonal Content Syndication program, ensuring adherence to timelines.
