HR Data & Systems Analyst Location: This is an onsite position based in Riverside, CA and requires being onsite. Pay/Salary Range: $35.00-37.00/hr. Position Summary The HR Data and System Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of the organization's human resources data and processes. This role conducts comprehensive audits of personnel records and HRIS data, identifies discrepancies, recommends process improvements, and delivers meaningful HR analytics to support operational excellence and strategic decision-making. The HRIS Analyst I develops executive-level dashboards and reports, monitors employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and terminations and provides actionable insights through weekly and monthly reporting. This position requires a highly analytical, self-motivated, and detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on HR operations, data integrity, continuous improvement, and organizational excellence. Success in this role will be measured by the quality and integrity of HR data, the effectiveness of workforce analytics, the reliability of HR systems, and the ability to transform workforce information into meaningful business insights that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making. This position serves as the analytical engine of the Human Resources function, ensuring that HR decisions are driven by accurate data, meaningful insights, efficient systems, and a relentless commitment to operational excellence.
