We are currently hiring for the role of HR Coordinator. Position Summary The HR Coordinator supports day-to-day Human Resources operations across multiple functions, including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding, employee data management and compliance, payroll and benefits administration, and recruiting support. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and a high-quality employee experience through reliable execution of daily HR operations. Based at our Memphis, Tennessee headquarters, this role supports HR operations across a multi-state employee population and partners closely with the HR team to help maintain scalable, compliant, and efficient process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, service-driven, maintains a strong sense of urgency and accuracy, and able to maintain sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; AND/OR 1–3+ years of relevant experience in HR, administrative support, payroll, recruiting, or a similar role.
  • Foundational knowledge of HR practices and employment laws are preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, and benefits platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort support high volume administrative work.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple deadlines and workflows simultaneously.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle administration, ensuring smooth and well-organized employee experience.
  • Maintain employee records and support HR processes, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, audit-ready and aligned with federal, state, and local requirements (e.g., I-9s, labor law notices), while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Support HRIS, benefits, and related systems by ensuring data accuracy, user access, and effective system functionality; support updates, reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Provide administrator support for payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Support employee engagement activities, recognition efforts and internal HR communications.
  • Assist with recruiting coordination, including job postings, candidate tracking, offer preparation, and pre-employment process as needed.
