Seeking qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Coordinator. We are looking for an efficient and reliable HR Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR activities including but not limited to the following: Recruiting, hiring, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, employment laws and regulations including Affirmative Action and other. Per Nucor policy, this person cannot have an immediate relative working at the Vulcraft Texas division. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree plus two years of HR experience
  • Ability to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing and/or construction environment
  • SHRM or other professional certification
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish
