About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused HR Coordinator – New Grad Opportunity to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on exposure to a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee support, newcomer settlement assistance and HR administration. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders and employees across the organization to support day-to-day HR operations and help create a positive and engaging employee experience. Based out of Sussex, NB, this is an exciting opportunity to develop foundational HR skills in a collaborative, fast-paced and supportive environment where you can grow your career and make a meaningful impact.
