About The Position

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations and projects of the HR department by managing administrative tasks and providing support on HR-related inquiries. This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee regularly sits for long periods of time at a desk in front of a computer screen. The employee occasionally may be required to lift, push, pull or carry objects; typically, when filing is needed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands; and reach with hands and arm. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. This is a full-time non-exempt position. No travel is required. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years’ experience in HR or a related role
