About The Position

LBAPS is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our growing recruitment department in our Brooklyn office. This role focuses primarily on job posting, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes. We are looking for someone proactive, professional, and able to manage multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings across multiple hiring platforms

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication

  • Support HR and leadership with staffing needs
