Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage hourly recruiting activities, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring events.
  • Process new hire paperwork and assist managers with staffing needs.
  • Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and ensure completion of required documentation.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and coordinate employee recognition initiatives.
  • Support engagement activities.
  • Maintain employee records and process status changes.
  • Prepare HR-related correspondence and track leave requests and documentation.
  • Assist with audits and compliance reviews, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Serve as a resource for associates and escalate employee concerns appropriately.
  • Document workplace issues and assist management with policy interpretation.
  • Support investigations and corrective action processes.
  • Assist management with compliance under the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Monitor documentation and record keeping, ensuring proper handling of contractual obligations.
  • Support grievance preparation and information gathering when necessary.
  • Manage I-9 administration, personnel file audits, and employment law posting compliance.
  • Track training compliance and ensure HRIS data integrity.
  • Manage record retention.
