This role is at one of the largest and busiest hotels in the region, with over 620 guest rooms, airline business, multiple departments, a unionized workforce, ongoing recruiting needs, employee relations matters, compliance requirements, and daily operational challenges. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, making decisions, managing priorities, and taking ownership of their responsibilities. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a large, full-service Marriott environment while working alongside experienced operational and HR leaders.
