Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, administrative support, or a similar fast-paced professional environment.
  • Proven talent for managing multiple high-priority projects with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical proficiency with Google Workspace and a strong familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday.
  • Natural communicator with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.

  • Experience working within a high-growth software or technology company.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI-powered tools like Gemini to increase operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Collaborate with PX Operations on the end-to-end new hire onboarding process, ensuring a warm, organized, and impactful welcome. Manage offboarding logistics, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by assisting with requisition management, data accuracy, interview scheduling, identifying opportunities to streamline departmental workflows, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Recognition and Engagement Programs: Plan, execute, and support internal AECO recognition awards and programs, internal events (virtual and in-person), and volunteer initiatives to foster community and celebrate success, while managing the inventory, ordering, and distribution of all related merchandise and milestone gifts.
  • PX Program Support: Assist the PX team with the administration and execution of key programs, including employee surveys, talent management processes, annual merit and equity cycles, by preparing documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Administrative Assistance: Prepare employment related documents and send for electronic signatures; maintain and organize segment PX folders.
  • HRIS & Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in Workday, Trimble’s HRIS, with high accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with generating reports on key PX metrics.
  • Program Innovation: Support process improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and recommending technology-driven enhancements to PX operations.
  • Office Administration (Local Support): Serve as the go to local resource on everyday PX inquiries (processes, tools, etc.) within the AECO business segment, supporting a positive and efficient workplace experience.
