About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and compliance
  • Professional and empathetic communication
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • 0–4 years HR administrative experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or human services environments preferred
  • Familiarity with union environments a plus
  • Experience with Dayforce or comparable HRIS systems preferred
