About The Position

Faskil is developing innovative solutions at the crossroads of healthcare and AI to enhance how patients and physicians connect and receive care. As the company expands its research, service, and customer engagement efforts, it is committed to building a strong, thoughtful team that can grow with it. They are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive HR Coordinator to support their expanding team. This position will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to execute key HR processes and foster a smooth, positive employee experience. Position Overview The HR Coordinator will handle daily HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, administering payroll and benefits, and providing general HR support. This role is very execution-oriented and demands strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is an on-site position.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., Gusto) is a plus
  • Interest in healthcare technology or startup environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration, including coordination with systems such as Gusto
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with tracking employee performance feedback and maintaining internal records
  • Support HR compliance efforts and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Serve as a point of contact for general HR-related questions from employees
  • Assist with offboarding processes and employee lifecycle administration
  • Help maintain a positive, organized, and professional employee experience as the company grows
