About The Position

The HR Coordinator will support the Chief Administrative Officer and serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and leadership on daily HR operations. This role plays a critical part in assisting in the full employee lifecycle—including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration—while helping ensure efficient processes and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist as a resource for employee inquiries related to benefits, time off, payroll, compensation, and HR systems
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and Corporate HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits
  • Audit employee files periodically to ensure all required documents are included and maintain organization.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for W-2 and 1099 employees, including system setup, orientation, and workflow coordination.
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining job descriptions and offer letters.
  • Assist with candidate screening and interview coordination.
  • Partner with managers on onboarding, role changes, and terminations.
  • Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding and ongoing training programs
  • Support initiatives that enhance company culture, including employee engagement events and recognition programs
  • Assist with day-to-day workplace operations, including office coordination and seating management
  • Support facilities needs such as maintenance, repairs, and office improvements
