Requirements

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related assistance.
• Assist with performance management and employee relations activities.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
