Windsor Hospitality is looking for their newest Temporary HR Coordinator! This role is responsible for aligning the corporate people strategy within the hotel. In partnership with hotel leadership, they drive employee engagement, help retention, and implement culture by building initiatives within the hotel. This role is also responsible for ensuring compliance with ADA, harassment investigations, leaves of absence, recruitment, training and development, wage and hour rules, workers compensation, as well as ensuring that federal and state laws are being adhered to. The HR Coordinator helps foster an environment where employees feel valued and empowered.
