About The Position

Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for people? We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join the team in our corporate office in Santa Clara! In this role, you’ll handle various HR tasks, including weekly payroll administration, HRIS management, recruiting assistance, and more. You’ll be a go-to person for employees and play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment. What You’ll Do: Payroll: Weekly payroll processing (Paylocity), ensuring accuracy and timely submission of data. HRIS/Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files and records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to retention policies. Reporting: Provide HR reports to department leaders. Recruitment and Onboarding: Support recruiting efforts by posting job ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Other Duties as Assigned: Support the department’s goals by performing additional HR-related tasks and assisting with special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Payroll experience required.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Paylocity preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
