About The Position

US Tool Group is seeking a detail-oriented and employee-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team, with a primary focus on benefits administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring employees receive timely, accurate benefits support while also assisting with general HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintains strict confidentiality, and delivers exceptional internal customer service.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in benefits administration
  • Experience in a manufacturing or multi-location environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Working knowledge of federal/state employment laws

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing or multi-location environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with new hire benefits enrollment and qualifying life event changes
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for employee benefit questions
  • Support annual open enrollment planning, communication, and processing
  • Coordinate with benefit vendors, brokers, and insurance providers
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS and benefits systems
  • Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and assist with reporting
  • Support FMLA, leave tracking, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with ACA and COBRA administration
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
  • Maintain organized and compliant employee personnel files
  • Process employment verifications and employee documentation requests
  • Assist with HR reporting and data tracking
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
