The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator plays a critical role in the administration, optimization, and day-to-day ownership of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), currently Paycom. This position is responsible for maintaining system integrity, developing and delivering workforce analytics and reports, supporting audits and data requests, and coordinating HR-related reporting and meeting preparation across the HR team. In addition to advanced HRIS responsibilities, this role provides hands-on support for benefits administration activities and serves as an organizational hub for routine HR operations, recruiting coordination, compliance support, and cross-functional requests. This position requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently while supporting broader HR team priorities.
