This is a dual-function, entry-level role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in human resources and office administration. This position supports both day-to-day HR functions and general administrative operations for the office. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in an office, HR, or administrative setting is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and system setup
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files
  • Assist with employee verifications, background checks, and compliance documentation
  • Help coordinate employee benefits enrollment and answer basic benefits questions
  • Support HR team with various projects and initiatives as needed
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries
  • Greet visitors and candidates in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manage office correspondence, filing, and data entry
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and interviews
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed
