The HR Consultant provides comprehensive human resources support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and performance management. This role involves preparing HR documentation, assisting with employee relations and disciplinary processes in collaboration with union partners, and offering guidance on relevant legislation, collective agreements, and employment contracts. The consultant is also responsible for delivering workforce data and payroll insights, supporting disability case management under the HR Manager, and may be involved in maintaining payroll accuracy and processing bi-weekly payroll.
