The HR Consultant reports to the Director of People, Culture & Engagement and leads and supports projects, programs, and initiatives across the People, Culture & Engagement portfolio, helping bring our purpose of caring for people beyond their expectations to life. As a senior individual contributor, the HR Consultant designs, implements, coordinates, and improves people-related initiatives in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, engagement, occupational health and safety, policy, and HR processes. The role combines strong project leadership, Canadian HR expertise, and thoughtful collaboration to help ensure people initiatives are well planned, well executed, values-aligned, and supportive of the employee experience.
