As a Human Resources Compliance Manager, you will be a key member of Acuity’s Associate and Labor Relations team with responsibility for ensuring adherence to employment laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. This role will be responsible for providing critical guidance and support to develop scalable human resources policies and processes that are aligned with our values, meet legal regulatory and legal obligations, and mitigate risk. The incumbent in this position will lead global HR-related compliance initiatives, support audits, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and drive process improvements. This position requires exceptional critical thinking skills and strong collaboration with legal, internal audit and compliance partners, HR centers of excellence, and HR business partners.
