Requirements

Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent communication and training abilities
Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and regulatory documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of OSHA, Fire Department, and Health Department regulations
Experience with radiation safety protocols and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

Process and monitor Workman's Compensation Claims
Manage comprehensive radiation safety compliance including registration, documentation, equipment evaluations, QA/QC for Texas locations, pregnancy declarations, spore testing audits, dosimeter management, and annual training/inventory.
Rotating front desk coverage for corporate office including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
Assist with trainings and training committee
Assist with policies and documents
Assist with incoming medical record requests.
Assist with administrative duties such as: filing, scanning, copying, uploading documents, etc
Other duties as assigned
