  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and measure 3–5 concurrent internal communication campaigns with defined KPIs such as engagement rates, participation metrics, and awareness lift.

  • Experience with event planning and on-site activations that support internal campaigns and employee engagement.
  • Ability to navigate and support large employee populations (well above 5,000 employees) and understand the implications of communications at scale.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in fun, entertainment-style communications rather than purely formal or government-style communications.

  • Monitor emerging issues, update employees with timely information, and adjust communication plans as needed to address new topics or changes.
  • Measure, maintain, and enhance the quality of outreach by analyzing campaign performance data and using insights to refine future communications.
  • Generate new ideas and build scalable mechanisms for internal communications, maintaining a strong sense of accountability and focus on delivering excellent employee experiences.
