About The Position

The HR Co‑op will support the Human Resources team and other departments by scanning and organizing documents into electronic systems. This position is focused on high-volume document scanning and accuracy and is ideal for someone seeking hands-on administrative experience in a professional environment.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited four-year degree program
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions
  • Dependable and eager to learn
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher

Responsibilities

  • Scan and digitize physical documents for HR and other departments
  • Accurately label, index, and upload documents into electronic filing systems
  • Assist with maintaining organized and compliant personnel and departmental records
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Conduct basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of scanned documents
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
