About The Position
This role is a co-op position within the HR Department, focusing on assisting with recruiting activities and special assignments. The co-op will gain experience in sourcing and prescreening candidates.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor or Master's degree Human Resource or related program
- Strong written and veral communication skills
- Organization skills
- Experience with Microsoft
- Familiar with and comfortable working with various AI platforms
Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Department in recruiting activities such as sourcing and prescreening candidates
- Special Assignments as assigned
