About The Position

Join Citi's HR Organizational Readiness team and help drive the successful adoption of change initiatives across our global HR function. In this hybrid role, you will craft compelling communications, support strategic change planning, and partner with Change Management Managers to ensure smooth transitions for process, program, and technology changes. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce consistent, high-quality content for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis and presentation development.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with technology implementation, process improvement, or change management projects.
  • Familiarity with talent management, performance management, or diversity and inclusion processes within a large organization.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to filter, prioritize, and synthesize information from multiple sources into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute change strategies: Collaborate with Change Management Managers to develop and implement approaches that prepare the organization for HR process, program, and technology changes.
  • Create clear, engaging content: Develop written materials—emails, talking points, FAQs, help guides, and presentations—tailored for HR colleagues, people managers, and employees across the globe.
  • Drive adoption and minimize resistance: Craft communications using Smart Brevity principles to promote engagement and facilitate smooth transitions during change initiatives.
  • Coordinate large-scale events: Manage scheduling and logistics for organization-wide calls and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain change management resources: Keep templates, best practices, and lessons learned up to date so the team continuously improves its approach.
  • Track and report on impact: Maintain key metrics that measure the team's success, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact: Step in as back-up on projects when Change Management Managers are unavailable, ensuring stakeholders receive timely support.
  • Partner across HR functions: Work closely with HR ESPA, HR partners, HR process owners, and other teams to deploy processes, reporting, and strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Uphold risk and compliance standards: Apply sound ethical judgment in all business decisions, adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and Citi policies.
