HR Business Partner

SINGUParis Township, MI
PLN 13,000 - PLN 19,200Hybrid

About The Position

This is SINGU's first HR Business Partner role in Poland. The role is a blank canvas, not a backfill. The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to the business, working directly with the Head of People and Culture and the leadership team to design and own the people systems that will shape how SINGU grows. This role involves building processes from scratch in a fast-scaling, post-M&A environment where cultural foundations are crucial. The company has recently brought together teams from Poland, the UK, and Germany, and the HR Business Partner's job is to help build one coherent, high-trust, and ambitious SINGU. The role reports directly to the Head of People and Culture and operates with significant autonomy and ownership. This is a hybrid position based in Cracow, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.

Requirements

  • HRBP experience in a product or SaaS company – operated as a business partner, not an HR generalist in a transactional role. Experience in a product-driven software environment is essential.
  • Real ownership mindset – built things from scratch. Knows what it feels like to design a performance framework with no template, launch it, iterate, and own the result.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a scaling environment – post-M&A or high-growth experience is a significant plus.
  • Deep understanding of culture – what creates it, what erodes it. Can talk about culture with specificity, not buzzwords.
  • Manager coaching capability – through honest conversations, challenges, and partnerships built on trust.
  • Fluent in data and systems thinking – comfortable with HR metrics, building reports, and driving adoption of people tech.
  • Fluent English and Polish – essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing job architectures and compensation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with L&D programme design or learning journey mapping.
  • Experience with distributed teams across multiple countries.
  • Working knowledge of HR analytics and engagement tools (e.g. Lattice, Culture Amp, Leapsome).
  • Prior involvement in HCM system selection or implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and run SINGU's performance review process — framework, calibration, and communication.
  • Build job architecture, promotion policy, and salary bands from scratch.
  • Create career paths, succession planning and leadership pipeline programmes.
  • Act as the trusted advisor for managers on underperformance, team dynamics, org design, and retention risks.
  • Coach and upskill leaders proactively — act as a sparring partner for the leadership team.
  • Actively build one SINGU culture across three post-M&A entities — run engagement initiatives, surface real insights, and intervene before silos form.
  • Own eNPS and drive employer branding.
  • Lead the greenfield selection and implementation of an HCM system, and establish GDPR-compliant data governance across all three entities.
  • Define and track HR KPIs — attrition, time-to-hire, engagement, performance — and use people analytics to advise leadership.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: 13 000 – 16 000 PLN gross on Contract of Employment, or 15 600 – 19 200 PLN net on b2b.
  • Personal learning budget
  • Private healthcare + mental well-being platform
  • Sports membership card
