Operating with a high level of independence, the HR Business Partner partners with HR Centres of Excellence to implement and adapt people programs, supports leaders through complex people matters, and drives consistency in how talent processes are applied across their portfolio. This role balances strategic input with strong execution and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, including executive-level leaders across Corporate teams.
