This position is responsible for providing professional HR guidance, analysis, and administration in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, recruiting, employee relations, and benefit programs. The role involves collaborating with top leadership to align HR strategy with business strategy, cascading global initiatives into the region, and applying change management processes. The HR Business Partner will support the design, development, and delivery of change communications, provide advice on culture-related initiatives, and act as a Human Resources Project Manager for regional business unit improvements. Key responsibilities include training managers on employee engagement, developing performance improvement plans, overseeing workforce development and training, investigating employee relations issues, administering training records, implementing recruitment strategies, initiating immigration procedures, managing payroll and benefits processes, designing compensation plans, verifying pay rates, future-proofing compensation and benefits, ensuring HRIS recordkeeping compliance, administering wellness programs, optimizing organizational design, representing the Employee Engagement Committee & Employee Social Responsibility Committee, and implementing reward and recognition interventions.
