The HR BP provides HR Generalist support in areas such as job code management, staffing, employee relations, training/development, reporting and other related areas. They monitor and provide necessary training and coaching to managers and supervisors on operating within a union environment. They complete day-to-day administration of human resource programs including completing all the necessary paperwork to enroll, terminate and modify employee records among various other HR related responsibilities. They understand and align business operations and Human Resources as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.
