About The Position

At Network Solutions, we’ve been trusted for decades to help people get online and stay ahead. We’ve been here since the beginning of the internet, and we’re still building for what comes next. As the original digital identity authority, we help secure domain names, protect brands, and safeguard the infrastructure businesses rely on. We empower our customers to own and manage the assets that define them online, while delivering enterprise-grade security to protect against virtual threats. Our team leverages modern, AI-accelerated tools to streamline how businesses manage their digital presence, making the most of our decades of experience. The Network Solutions team is here to help online businesses protect what’s theirs and build for tomorrow. That’s why millions trust us to protect their domains, brands, and websites every day. We're looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Sales and Marketing teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives working closely with business leaders — helping them make better people decisions, building high-performing teams, and driving a strong employee experience. You'll own the full HRBP remit for these functions: from day-to-day advisory to org design, performance, engagement, and employee relations. You'll work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and L&D, and partner with global HR teams to ensure consistency across regions. This is a great opportunity to build strong HR fundamentals while influencing key decisions on high-impact teams.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in an HRBP or equivalent role
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • Familiarity with Workday or a similar HRIS
  • You build credibility with leaders quickly — through follow-through, good judgment, and directness
  • You navigate ambiguous situations and competing priorities without waiting for perfect information
  • You're comfortable working across all levels, from front-line managers to senior leaders
  • You bring structure and pragmatism to problems — identifying practical solutions, not just frameworks

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Sales or Marketing teams is a strong plus
  • Exposure to sales compensation or incentive plan design is an added advantage
  • Prior involvement in compensation reviews, workforce planning, or org design discussions

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR partner for Sales and Marketing leaders — a trusted advisor on all people-related topics
  • Develop a deep understanding of each function's priorities, team dynamics, and challenges
  • Work closely with global HR and business teams to ensure alignment and consistency across regions
  • Drive and support core HR cycles: performance reviews, goal setting, mid-year check-ins, compensation changes, and promotions
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and L&D to support business needs and fill capability gaps
  • Analyze people data — attrition, engagement scores, headcount trends — to surface risks and inform leadership decisions
  • Support leaders in building high-performing teams; diagnose engagement gaps and follow through on action plans
  • Partner on org design and headcount planning discussions as teams scale or restructure
  • Manage employee relations matters including performance improvement plans, investigations, and reasonable accommodation requests
  • Ensure people practices comply with applicable federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and relevant state law)

Benefits

  • Health Insurance options to fit you, HSA, Medical, Dental, Vision
  • Matching 401K
  • Life/AD&D/STD/LTD
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Pet Insurance
  • Generous vacation policy
