As a HR Business Partner (HRBP) within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based out of Philadelphia or Pittsburgh, PA; East Brunswick, NJ; Cleveland, OH; Downers Grove, IL or Wilmington, DE. This role serves as a strategic HR partner supporting the Retail Lending organization across consumer lending products (credit & debit cards, personal & auto loans), as well as operational functions. The position works closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities and organizational growth. Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
  • Manage headcount planning and position management.
  • Identify talent gaps and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
  • Leverage data and analytics to provide workforce insights and support decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent, organizational, and people-related matters.
  • Build strong partnerships across the business to drive strategic outcomes.
  • Consults on the design, implementation, and integration of organization-wide staffing, employee development, organizational design, and performance and change management programs and initiatives.
  • Assisting managers and employees with all human resources and employee relations issues.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of all HR policies, practices and processes to determine efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recommending areas of improvement to achieve and deliver higher quality services.
  • Partnering with business area managers in the development of solutions for employee related issues that affect business results.
  • Monitoring various HR trends within area of responsibility by preparing and analyzing reports from employee data.
  • Presenting analysis and recommendations to managers and working to develop action plans for addressing identified HR issues.
